just look at the long term chart
various failures right at zero

ostensibly there are many reasons why October likely was the bottom

a cross above zero would confirm it, although if it backed down again below zero you would have to reverse - no big deal

there are reasons why October could be at least re-tested or even taken out

primarily because the 1 percent udv oscillator did not get oversold to the degree that it did at a the major market bottom in 1974

interesting analysis:
