SDS ?------- Hmmmmmmmmmm
Freedom of speech at work. And a good reason to have that, much better to let the young-uns air their complaints (and dreams) in the open instead of plotting behind closed doors. Perhaps the increased cost of living,
the end of College benefits, the end of their parents financial support, or the realization that nobody cared to pay attention to their un-workable utopian ideas has reduced their numbers today.
Do I sense a lack of work ethics there, perhaps a lack of respect for their elders, grandparents, etc.
Respect for those who died for their country so they do not have to learn to speak German, Japanese or Russian just to order a Big Mac. Or perhaps have to work in a commune ?
If they seriously want utopia ( and a better life for each other and even for foreigners ) they should get involved in plant genetics, developing Aids vaccines, cancer cures. But talking and "relating" (free love) is so much easier than studying or getting a job so they can help support those who do such things..
