Oh yeah, I'm sure Canada was being threatened with nuclear weapons because of that remark.

Don't be silly. We wouldn't need nukes to take Canada. I am sure Rumsfeld has a plan ready in the file cabinet that does it with the army reserves. We can fight three wars at once.
