Shiller just saying he favors taxes being slashed on individual dividends and corporate dividends also. But wants the tax on individual dividends slashed as the first priority.He sees this as something that can really help economy , and i add, also investor wisdom, i think.
Shiller continues in saying, of course, market is STILL overpriced, more downside inevitable.
But does favor tax-cuts, but in wise ways.
