How many people are we talking about here? A dozen senior staffers and a handful of generals at the Pentagon who have a problem with the strong assertion of civilian control? It is irrelevant to the point you were answering, asserting that in the military overall there was greater confidence in Bush than had been reposed in Clinton.......
