the meanings of the Louisiana Senate election.
The Dems ran a good campaign with a popular Incumbent. The Repubs had a lousy candidate. I think the State will go Repub in the next one or two cycles. The Dems are just out of the South due to the Black situation. Johnson saw this coming when he got the first Civil Rights legislation passed.
