It's apples and oranges, intended to make the opposition look ridiculous. A fair comparison would pit moderate Kyoto supporters against moderate Kyoto opponents or extreme supporters against extreme opponents. I think it makes some good points. I agree it makes some good points. It just doesn't do so fairly, IMO.
