But guess what MSFT dropped 34cents in last 6 minutes on heavy selling. The old MSFT game. Could it be the START of something else this time? Additions/Deletions from Nasdaq100 out on December 13. If they are doing a major overhaul to get rid of the VTSS, AMCC types---that could spell trouble for the NDX. They are expected to move the NDX100 a bit away from technology to Nasdaq banks etc... I bet the additions' market caps are much larger than the deletions. That means into a reduction in weighting of the remaining stocks....translation..SELLING of these stocks. It really depends upon how many changes are planned...large scale could lead to some serious selling...that is just my take. Anyone else look at what happens if there are big changes?
