Chris, Looks like short term topping action today on UPL. I would look for buying to keep it above 9 and I would buy just above 9 once I got that confirmation. A return to the breakout point is common. If it doesn't unfold that way, I would still expect to find safer entry opportunities than right now. Just my 2 cents, vt
