On item #2, perhaps they will succeed due to their recent asset sales.

i'd say chances are there won't be too many negative surprises in the upcoming report ... i think if there were, the stock would be trending down rather than up.

btw, i don't often follow companies emerging from bankruptcy but i suppose the risk of falling back into BK is higher than for a normal company ... e.g., PanAm filed for BK twice ... so i guess we need to factor in the excessive risk factor in the market price for the stock. Nevertheless, i'll still maintain my double digit hope for this stock.
