Between goodwill and "other intangible assets" MXO carries just under 1 billion worth of vapor on their books. Thats enough to clean out equity, long term debt and deferred taxes all combined :o) Neither one of these survivors has assets to speak of....it must be the wan hope they must someday eke out 4-5% net earnings on sales. It will be raining again by Friday so I'll have time then to go look at the new Seagate. From your discussion I gather you're of the opinion that Wall Street hasn't changed much post-Enron.....:o) Best.....Tom
