Last time I heard from Tim was a PM he sent me about 4 or 5 weeks ago. We had been discussing him on the old thread, wondering how he was doing. I received a note from him the next day giving me KR as a takeover possibility. The stock had fallen from 17 and was languishing in the 14 area. I made a few bucks on its subsequent rise. A tip of the cap to Tim. He was an upstanding guy and rather altruistic. We'll miss you. jon
