You sad, sad man. I have lived in the region most of my life, follow news in several languages, and you tell me to "take off" my "blinders"??? How about you take a plane and pay a visit Turkey before ever trying to contradict anything I say about this country? Have you ever set foot outside the US, Darren? Have you ever been to the Middle East? Do you speak, read, and write any language other than English? (... and I don't even want to remind you of the times I have corrected your spelling in English.) The issue is as I clearly explained it to yourself. Take off your blinders. Oh so the issue is as you have "explained" it and I must of course be wearing blinders if I feel there is something wrong with your narrow, misinformed, ignorant and rather pathetic vision of the Middle East? <ggg> Can I expect answers to the questions that I thought were clear enough in the previous post? Or is all you've got as a 'logical argument' supporting your theory that I must be wearing blinders if I do not agree with you? Message 18324174 - Give proof Turkey is not sincere in condemning terror attacks in the US and Israel - Try to explain Turkey's long-term relations (economic & geopolitical) with Israel AND its happy Jewish minority without a glaring contradiction to your position - Explain and prove your conviction that Turkey is desperate in "their need to invade the west through any means possible." and hence their insistance on EU membership - Tell us just how many times you have been to Turkey, since you are so sure that "nothing has changed in four years".
