Let's see. I get shot in the head. I go to the hospital. That's what hospitals are for. Great. We'll screw you twice, but there's a place you can go to heal later.

In the longer run, deregulation only makes sense where you have easy duplication of the product, ease of competitive entry and of choice to switch services by end users, don't need an infrastructure to provide universal service for a critical service/product, and where market power cannot be excercised through consolidation and oligopoly.
