IMO it can be argued that much food around the world, or even country are not like goods. Fruits and veggies lose lots of nutrients and vitality fairly quickly after picking. IMO the industrialization and centralization of the food business has probably seen it's zenith except for emergencies, etc. You're already seeing people going back to seasonal foods and away from the 'year round strawberry'... which are terrible compared to local in season stuff.

This is to say nothing of the entinities which travel with shipped foods risking all sorts of problems.
