So you think Bush is overly belligerent w/ Iraq, yet underly belligerent with North Korea. Not very consistent, Ted, except in your desire to paint anything Bush does as bad. The truth, which I don't hear ANY conservative pointing out, is that we have NO CHOICE but to be underly belligerent with NK because they now have nukes (thanks to the Clinton administration). The entire picture changed after they got the bomb.
