Scud Missiles Heading to Yemen

There is more to this story. Yemen has no need whatsoever for Scud missles with a range of 200 miles.

So, why were they purchasing them in the first place? No obviously military purpose.

So, why were they hidden under other items on the ship?

So, why are we allowing them to continue?
