Ice, if I see trade 22 1/4 375,000 block I assume it was
an institution. They are supposed to have superior knowledge. If
the Lombard 1-minute intraday chart shows the trade, I try to guess
if somebody initiated the trade by offering to sell the shares.
This might be the case if the price dropped right after the transaction. And vice versa for a buy.

If lots of institutions are buying, I expect price to trend up.
Now I worry about them taking a profit all at the same time,
causing a large drop in price.

So, you see, I'm never out of things to worry about. My way of
looking at block trades is probably simplistic and naive.
