US signed Kyoto Agreement AND the UN Charter

Gotta "Check your Premises" zonder. We never signed the Kyoto agreement. If Gore had won, he would have signed it. But it still would not have been in force for us, because for a Treaty to be binding on us, it must get a 2/3 vote in the Senate. And you can holler all you want, but we are not in violation of the UN Charter.

We did pull out of our Treaty with Russia so that we can build Anti-Ballistic Missiles. The one that the Euros screamed would cause a Soviet buildup if we got out of. You will notice that Putin made some noises and ended up doing nothing.
