Regarding concerns about Softie's attitude toward its contract with Gemstar, you'll remember that the C/NET article quoted Ed Graczyk, director of marketing for Microsoft TV. I don't subscribe to Interactive TV Today ( www.itvt.com ), but I've been informed that an article available at that site refers to the contract and includes the following quote: "Every guide we put out," said Graczyk, "Gemstar benefits from the cross-license."
