Sorry for the confusion Jerry. Yes I do own the stock (a rather large position). Considering selling covered calls. Dont want to exit just yet as I feel there is a lot of upside potential once it is announced that the deal stands as is, not to mention that I will take a loss if I sell the stock now. If the puts activity are sells as you suggest, why are the premiums so high (1-1/4 for sept. 25's, and 2-3/8 for sept. 30's) for a stock that is way out of the money and presumably worth approximately $42+- after the merger is completed.
