your question is both simple and complex. Simple in that I believe lack of effective bpi plays a role. A culprit is anca to bpi. Bpi while it might be offsetting and beneficial cant compare to bpi21 in that bpi-21 is not rendered ineffective by anca to bpi. The same principal applys to CF, only my theory in cf is that lack of bpi in cf is almost causative in that anca to bpi is present before any apparent onset of symptoms. This runs contrary to almost every researchers opinion about cause. I hope their is someone smart enough out there to try to prove me wrong cause to see if bpi21 can at the MINIMUM delay the onset of symptoms. Let me stress at the MIMIMUM. I think i am right. Can you follow that bluegreen or are you braindead from my absence. VBG, standard k disclaimers always.
