Ok so we released this ship...here's a quote

"While there is the authority to stop and search, in this instances there is no authority to seize the shipment of Scud missiles from North Korea to Yemen," Fleischer told reporters. "Therefore, the merchant ship is being released."

Top Bush administration officials told The Associated Press that Yemen bought the Scud missiles before it promised last year not to import dangerous technology from North Korea.

Now for a question - did anyone else hear when the reporting first began that this ship was supposedly filled with cement which concealed its true content? I did! So if the missiles had been bought "before it promised last year not to import dangerous technology from North Korea" why the effort to hide them in cement?
