Looks like the activity in RSTN is turning favorable, perhaps anticipating a better than expected QTLY earnings report next week. I think expectation is around (.17). If RSTN comes in with decent guidance then the $4 range is a probability near term. Gotta push through 3.40-3.50 area then 4-4.90 looks possible on the chart. Unfortunately, the DOW and NASD long term bears still prevail.... OMHO!
