Hmmm - actually my questions were quite simple. The intent was to resolve the issue. Why would you want to resort to court action if you can provide a 30 second response here. Don't we lawyers have enough money lol?

I had read some similar "rumors" about someone named SI Bob in the past. Are you that person?
If so, would you please advise whether you had access to A@P's private site at the time that you were administering these boards.

If you did, would you kindly advise whether you had to pay for the access to the private site.
