Baxter is raising a lot of money tomorrow with a stock offering. Maybe some of that is destined
for BPI. If not XOMA needs to take Neuprex back from BAX...unless XOMA knows a BIG payment is coming before we run out of capital in the summer of '04.

Next year should see milestone (?) payments
for starting the Phase III for Chron's and another payment for starting a Phase I/II in another indication. Sounds right doesn't it?
