Some people who were on this borad had been scared away before the earning's release. That is why it is quiet. APCC is in perfect position to break out into high 20 or low 30 in a matter of a month if the market enviroment is favarable. As several people have noticed, it has formed a classic inverted head-should and now is ready to go. My techincal indicators supported my conclusion before the release of earning, and now it is further supported by the fundamentals.
