GSM rules in Jamaica An excellent article in TheReg about Cable&Wireless having a hard time in Caribbean with their TDMA networks. A couple of weeks ago Nortel was awarded a deal to take care of their GSM overlay in 12 countries over there, but that could be too late. C&W has already lost market share in key markets like Jamaica, and all the financial problems of Cable and Wireless Plc won´t make it any easier. theregister.co.uk
