Clapper <Every time I see Gore speak I cringe almost as much as I do when I see Shrub speak.> Gore has way too much old baggage in terms of beating Bush. The supreme irony is that he actually won the popular vote. Over the next year hopefully some power-players will step forward. On thing to remember...both Carter and Clinton came from out of no-where...the Demos should keep their eyes open. Hey, how about Trent Lott - talk about flying up your own asshole!(pardon pour mon Francais) The Demos should flatten him! Relentlessly keep the pressure on...get him out of there. This is a not so bright man with very strong beliefs (not a good combination). The Demos really have to finish him off...don't intellectualize....there is no place in the leadership of this country for that kind of horseshit. Altair19 Rhoze holds onto Altair19's elbow as he gets off the soapbox so he doesn't hurt himself
