Hi Lalit,

Good time to wake this thread up again. I'm back in. I'm no telecom guru but, in these days of massive retrenchment in telecom spending, the recent spate of ILEC orders is pretty impressive. It's a painfully long sales cycle but once these guys start buying it can be a real gravy train.

I don't think tax loss selling is that big a deal this year since it is the third straight down year in the market. I do think that the little guy has been chased out of the market and the market cap of NHC is too small to interest most institutions.
