COMPANY REMAINS FOCUSED ON CLOSING NEAR TERM FINANCING

despite the steep drop caused by a few nervous investors and
market makers who are probably "short" and want to see the
stock go down. They will probably cover in here and predict
that the stock will be back to much higher prices in the next
few days. It always bounces, so hang on, it could get rough
in here as many speculate on what is going on.

The feeling I get is that:
1) nobody has the number of licenses that WINCOM/STRUTHERS has
2) the technology could have several viable applications that
could be used for more than just AMR (automated meter reading)
3) the technology is "REAL"
4) the negotiations for funding the IVDS buildout are "REAL"
5) the potential for investors and not traders could be great
once the funding and buildout stages are behind us.
