Kathy, if I read your post correctly, you made your compaint against the current management and directors of Consolidated Eco. I hope you really didn't do that because it really muddies the waters. How could Mr. Steelhammer and Mr. Conners possibly be involved in any fradulent act involving the convertable debenture holders when they just came on board? Is it your intention to distract management from conducting the affairs of the company? I'm understating my feelings about this when I say I'm truly outraged. But hopefully I misread your post.
