>>Is this CB's hubby speaking...?<<
Nah, that's what my brother, the former New York liberal, calls them. They're very common in Manhattan. New Yorkers hate them, although sometimes I find it hard to tell the difference between Eurotrash and a certain kind of New Yorker. In fact, the New Yorker recently had a cover lampooning Eurotrash, sometime in November, I think.
Not all Europeans are Eurotrash. In fact, you don't have to be European to be Eurotrash. If you have the right kind of attitude, you can be Asian, Middle Eastern, even South American but still be Eurotrash.
You must know the type. Black clothing, slicked back hair, dark glasses or nerdy looking glasses with black rims, the males may have pony tails (aka dork knobs) and carry purses. Still like to talk about postmodernism, deconstruction, and Hegelian dialectics.
