Wolfy: You may be jumping to conclusions. I personally assumed that Kathy listed the aforementioned data (i.e., names of company officers, company address, company telephone number, company e-mail address, and company website, etc.) in the category on the complaint form labelled "Any Additional Information". IMO, such additional information might actually speed up the SEC's response, since Kathy has now summarized all of the relevant company contact information on her complaint. Just my 2/32 (still an optimist... vbg) Razor
