actually rwanda's government is systematically looting, raping, and imposing occupation over a mineral rich nation whose people are fiercely opposed to the rwandan-supported "rebel" movement. over the course of 4 years, 2.5 million people have been killed in civil war. mainly through rape, terror, and hunger.

Say what? Are you trying to say that the Rwandan Tutsis alone are responsible for the entire Congolese civil war? How? They don't even comprise one of the sides.
