I cannot answer this question for you <g> but I think that IPSU is worth at least $6 and I won't sell a single share at $4 - where it's currently trading. 2 events which are surface soon should provide additional fuel: the 10K due in December and the 10Q due in January.. Voluem is rising again but it's a rather orderly pattern. Looks like institutionals propping up positions at the expense of retail sheep.. Wyckoff would be proud about this accumulation under almost no news but the PR..
