Can you give me an URL to it? Indeed the article is very sobering. When I grew up in Vienna, I remember as a child , folks where afraid of the Russians ( "the Russians are coming") and after that of the Chinese . Thanks goodness neither came ( well, parts of the country was under Russian occupancy for a couple of years, shudder).......and Vienna is dancing to Strauss's waltzes again, and got all it's pre WW 1 splendor back and than some! :) Cheers Eva
