In the past, I use to post the problem here, email and call Quote.com. I eventually realized no matter how much effort I put into informing Quote.com, you guys were going to fix what you wanted when you wanted, if at all. I've been a customer since Dec 1999, with the exception of a brief few days when management terminated my account for bitching about the service on this thread. Before my lawyer could swing into action, management saw the error of their ways and reinstated my account along with a multi month credit.

Most of the problems I've made QFeed aware of, have yet to be corrected. Many of those problems date back years. The primary solution seems to be that the bad data scrolls to the left and after enough time, most folks will not see the data corruption or missing data in their daily use, what a plan...LOL
