Whoo Hoo! One for fellow Austrian Economists. Like I've mentioned before, the root cause of the bubble was the Fed pumping liquidity into the economy to combat the perceived problem of "Y2K." For the most part, the Fed, with its unique ability to literally create money from thin air, is the root cause of the business cycle. We didn't have "business cycles" before the Fed.
