Carl was right, my details were a faulty, but the substance was correct. It is provocative to say that Bush has " zero respect for international treaties", when that clearly does not apply to treaties that were actually ratified, but to some that were not. Later, despite noting the difference between signing and ratification, she did imply that signing was sufficient to bind the current administration. Nadine merely reacted to the idea of being bound, and used the word "signed" as one would referring to a contract. It was the wrong word, but the right concept, as it were. Carl complains about the "piling on", but the condemnation of the administration was worded in a way that was bound to offend some posters......
