what is the federal stimulus incentive for windfarms? I dont deny progress is made but Liberal opposition to Alaska Refuges and other federal lands has been pathetic they block production avenues constantly while federal renewable incentives are less than a drop in the bucket you confuse green energy progress with total lack of federal encouragement past, present, future with natgas prices up 40% since January, get ready for a colossal shortage and price jump in heating bills, etc natural gas will be the first front page story environmentalists have made their lives very difficult talk all you want about clean air you will have many future opportunities in Calif to breath clean air while sitting in the dark in a chilly room, or reading by candlelight the Japanese are the leaders in car efficiency soon they will be leaders in electric hybrid cars they probably built half of the windmills in Texas and Calif / jim
