Its been nearly two years since Clinton was president, time to put the blame were it belongs

Hell, that's neither here nor there. Foreign policy problems are long in duration. Carter's near destruction of the CIA led to problems throughout the Reagan administration, and some would argue we are still paying the price today.


Well, if you want to play that game, look at the mess Clinton inherited from Bush Sr. After throwing the ME in turmoil, Mr. Bush Sr. forgot to take out Saddam. It made Clinton's life just that more difficult. And, of course, Clinton had to deal as well with the messes Reagan left......favoring dictators and supplying them with nuclear components when it was to his advantage.

When you stop and think about it, Clinton did the best he could given the level of messes Reagan and Bush Sr. left him.
