The disease of this government has been around since Nixon Uh, I'd suggest a seance with a history book. The FDR administration conducted secret trials AND EXECUTIONS. The LBJ administration spied on domestic anti-war groups. It didn't start with Nixon by any means. Oh, and Honest Abe suspended habeas corpus just as soon as the first cannonball hit Fort Sumter.
