Dennis,
It wouldn't surprise me to see RAIN run down to 23 to fill that gap.
If the low for say Monday was say 23 and an eighth that would fill that
gap and be resting on a support line. Unless something really nasty
happens I don't see it lower than that especially with the Morgan,
Stanley announcement of an outperform rating. If this run down to
23 happens, and it's only an if, my guess is that it would happen early on monday but I'm lousy on that kind of timing I suppose it could also
happen in the middle of the day depending on the market.
As far as the market in general; the fundamentals seem OK to me,
low inflation slow steady growth etc. but but but there's something out
there, my customers are uneasy. It's like cattle in a wind storm, an
edgyness. A lot of the stocks that I folllow have in the last month or
two triggered my "top" signal. True they've come down a lot from
there. I sure hope it's enough. I'm pretty confident we'll get some
version of a summer rally but it may only be a run to the top of the Dows range. I guess the thing that would make the most sense is
staying in that range for a year or so. Too bad we don't have another
Windows 95 coming out, something folks can get a little excited about.
By the by, I'm also a big fan of DANB although they cost a lot more
to build than RAIN. Been talking to the 20 somethings and they love
them.
