One thing is certain: The answer today is far different than it was before Clinton allowed NK to get nukes. Far different. How do you know it was under Clinton; it could well have been under Bush Sr.? Its become clearer and clearer that our intelligence doesn't know jack when it comes to what other gov'ts are doing. For all of the 80s, US Intelligence was telling Reagan that Russia was as strong as ever when, in fact, it was getting ready to collapse. ted
