Rock, Did you see the rumor that Rhapsody may have a kill clause based on valuation and that they may use it to renegotiate the deal? If the deal goes away and BRCD has already shifted their focus in that direction , there could still be some pain. The technical leadership at BRCD has already been hurt by the deal (gone...).
