Yup. I had that in mind when I last wrote. I actually kinda like the stuff. But some guy or gal had to figure it out. I can only imagine his or her family when that dang dish was first served. "Uh... daddy? You want us to eat what?"

Try the kangaroo tail soup. WAY better than beef!

I've heard this. When I get the chance to eat Kangaroo, I will spring on it.
