Typically the only time you'll see a floorless is with the BB shit...that is the death spiral kis was referring to. Not sure I've ever seen it with a legit stock. It is as guaranteed as you can possibly get within the "equity" markets and you don't by any stretch have to be a name to get in on them. You do have to have some good cash up front though cuz it's usually a pretty tight offer. You'll have to set up an overseas account to do the shorting, and you'll be dealin with people you wouldn't exactly want to bring home to Mom, but it's do-able. -dave
