The way I understand it, is that if everything in the universe runs on cycles and all have variances. The Kodratieff is something like 48 to 54 years. Sun-spot cycle vary quite a bit both sides of 11 years. In stock price cycles, from one high to the next can be counted as one. The next high or low will be 1.618 from the last high. This can also be done with low points also, a high or low. That may not be a good example but is something to watch for.I think if we didn't have variances we would have a problem. The same with predictions, lots variance there. The mean still favors higher POG. and the mean estimate is a far ways off too. So, we could just go with that and ride it till it doesn't look good anymore. If we don't know what the signals are now, I think we will know by the time we get there. They will no doubt fluctuate also.
