On Strong, Neutral and Weak Strong: If a select fund remains Strong for 52 weeks, the fund shall have +20% annual return or better. Weak: If a select fund remains Weak for 52 weeks, the fund shall have -10% annual return or worse. Neutral: If a select fund remains Neutral for 52 weeks, the fund shall have an annual return between -10% to +20%.
